MANUALLY ADJUSTING YOUR CAMERA VIEW OF DOME CAMERAS

Changing the view angle of an IP camera is a really simple process, but one that can temporarily leave your camera lens and board exposed. Due to this, we recommend a technician make any view changes you require, and stress that any water/debris damage during this process could render the camera inoperable. Please also give us, at Blue Eye, a call before you make any permanent changes. We’d love to offer our expertise on what changes would be the most beneficial.

POWER CYCLING GUIDE

Power cycling is one of the easiest and successful troubleshooting methods. It’s also the method we ask customers to perform the most often.

Our servers at each location are virtually always powered on. They’re designed for that. Occasionally, for a lot of possible reasons, they might need to be restarted. These troubleshooting steps work on all servers. The only difference is the location of the cables and buttons.

WHAT CAN BLUE EYE HELP WITH

While we’re always willing to advise or help out where we can, our technicians aren’t always able to solve every technical issue you may encounter at your location. Here’s a brief list of the things we can generally help you with and another list of issues you’ll likely need to find your own technician to help with.
