Jack started with Blue Eye in 2018 as a VST, moving into new roles as needed. His hard work and dedication to our team led to his promotion to being one of our two National Account Managers. He’s responsible for overseeing the onboarding process of a new location after the paperwork has been completed.
Outside of work, Jack loves spending his time with his husband and dog.
Davis has 17 years in Operations & Business Development, and 10 years of International trade. He is a managing member of Garuda Group Cambodia (agriculture, real estate, logistics).
Johnny has been in upper management and in leadership roles for 15+ years. Previously, he was in a practice director role for Intermountain Healthcare overseeing operations of three clinics with a staff of over 300 employees, including 60 physicians. He was able to use his expertise in developing culture, process/change management, as well as using LEAN methodology to make each clinic profitable. He was also in the role as a regional sales director for a merchant services company in the Seattle, Washington area for two years.
In addition to his role at Blue Eye, he is also employed as an “Educator” at lululemon Athletica, as well as volunteering a few hours a week for the Make-A-Wish Foundation as a wish granter.
Chris has been with the Blue Eye team since 2019. Currently, he works to help our clients set up and maintain their security solutions. Before that he worked as a VST Lead, helping our VSTs to provide security to our clients.
Outside of work, Chris is studying Computer Engineering at the University of Utah.
Pou has been with Blue Eye for several years now. She started out as one of our remote guards and quickly rose to be one of our VST supervisors. Her focus on ensuring that our client’s properties are secure has led her to take on a new position to help both our remote guards and clients to better protect the businesses we secure.
Ryan has 15 years of experience working in the media industry and team management. Since joining our team, Ryan now manages the staffing, recruitment, company policies, and security protocol.
He enjoys cooking, traveling, and karaoke after his workday is over.
Luis joined the Blue Eye team in 2015 as one of our VSTs, watching camera streams to defend sites from trespassers. Luis has been promoted several times within the company since then. First to be Integrations Technician and then to his current position as a National Account Manager where he can use all the knowledge and experience of performing our service from multiple levels to better assist our clients in making the best decisions for their security needs.
Matt has worked been working in tech for quite some time wearing multiple hats in the process. He joined the Blue Eye team initially as an Integration Technician and has moved on to working with more involved challenges in IoT.
Mary is a highly experienced client services manager who has worked for companies such as Disney, Microsoft, and Netflix. She has developed a strong eye for detail that gives her the ability to provide our clients with world-class client care.
Amanda has been with Blue Eye for 1.5 years and is one of our Client Services Managers. Her passion for service has led her to work as an Administrative Assistant and Leasing Professional. She then joined the Blue Eye team shortly after she moved to Utah as a Video Surveillance Technician. She was promoted recently to our Client Services team and now works closely with our clients to meet their needs.
Ian has had a few roles in the Blue Eye tech department over the years and is currently one of our Integration Technicians responsible for setting up security service for our clients. Ian also provides technical support to field technicians and clients when issues occur.
When not in the office, he is most likely on a mountain or in a garage fixing race cars.
Walker has over 13 years of experience in the security industry including military service with the Idaho National Guard. In 2011 while deployed to Baghdad he was awarded an ARCOM for redesigning the security camera layout around the base he was on to increase coverage and reduce blind spots in a combat zone. He has been with Blue Eye since 2015, working in several different positions, including VST Manager, before becoming our Workforce Administrator.
Jack joined Blue Eye in 2017 where he has been responsible for leading the fixed sales team, developing sales strategies and marketing material, and helping to drive Blue Eye’s vision. He has added several national top-tier companies to Blue Eye’s client list.
Jack graduated from Indiana University where he served as a Chairman and Sub-Committee Director of the nation’s second-largest student-run philanthropy and was admitted to the School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
Jack is the favorite uncle to his many nephews and nieces and he like puppies.
Andrew Abraham has over 13 years of experience in information technologies and software management.
Starting in the IT field, he quickly became proficient in various computer and network technologies while working closely with an array of clients to deliver a service based approach to implementing IT in different homes and businesses.
Andrew joined the Blue Eye team in 2016 to bring his management, engineering and customer oriented approach to problem solving to the team.
Andrew’s primary responsibility is to cultivate and grow the engineering department, while collaborating closely with various technology partners, customers and sales to ensure that Blue Eye is always on cutting edge to best serve our clients and security team.
Jermain is responsible for creating, developing and implementing managed strategies while developing long term positive and profitable relationships. He collaborates with sales, operations, and marketing to help grow the list of potential clients as well as developing our dedicated teams to be flexible and efficient.
Jermain served 8 years in the military in which he helped develop team members, managed inventory, created and presented large scale tactical and operational plans. He also spent 14 years in the financial industry spanning from banking, managing 401k accounts, stock and options trading, along with advising and managing $340 million dollars across 460.
Damon is our CEO and has been guiding the ship since 2015 where he joined from Epic Ventures after investing in Blue Eye.
He is the past Managing Director for InnoVentures Capital Partners, a Salt Lake based venture fund. In 2001, he and his two partners founded InnoVentures and went on to raise and invest two funds into more than 100 companies including Entrata, Jive Communications and CarbonX.
Damon began his career in 1988 at Westinghouse Electric Corporation in the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory. Mr. Kirchmeier served as a nuclear plant engineer and later managed a crew of Naval personnel and civilian engineers at a dual reactor plant.
Damon holds silver and bronze medals from the Masters World Championships of mountain biking and is the past Honorary Commander of the 421st fighter squadron – the Black Widows, call sign “Speed.”
Damon holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA from the University of Utah. He is also a graduate of the Naval Nuclear Power School in Orlando, Florida.
